Burke Ranch Conservation Bank is 960-acres site located in Solano County, 10 miles south of Dixon. The Bank is permitted to sell vernal pool preservation and California Tiger Salamander credits.
As one of the largest vernal pool conservation banks in the county, Burke Ranch supports one of the few populations of federally-listed Delta Ground Green Beetle. In addition, the site has vernal pool fairy shrimp, vernal pool tadpole shrimp, vernal pool conservancy fairy shrimp, along with California tiger salamander, Burrowing owl, and Swainson's hawk.
