Mr. Lozano is a GIS Analyst and Cartographer with 23 years of experience. His responsibilities at WES include setting survey control for legal boundary surveys, topographic surveys and aerial photo acquisition, aerial photo interpretation, Enterprise Geodatabase management and developing Habitat Suitability Index (HSI) models used to identify sites that support habitat restoration and conservation opportunities. Mr. Lozano's skills include developing innovative methods using GPS, AutoCAD and GIS software to prepare highly accurate map layers.
Mr. Lozano has extensive experience working on projects in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Region while working with Enron Oil & Gas. Mr. Lozano has a Bachelors of Arts in Geography from California State University at Sacramento.
