Michelle O'Neal

Sales and Marketing

Michelle O'Neal is the Sales and Marketing Manager for our Southeast region. Michelle is responsible for coordinating with private and public sector clients on project specific mitigation, and managing sales of existing bank credits.

Michelle joined WES March 1, 2011, from Westervelt Communities, where she worked for three years as Land Development Manager, coordinating land acquisitions, entitlement and development activities. Prior to joining Westervelt, she worked as a Land Development Planner for Shelby County Alabama, where she drafted land development regulations and presented and defended development proposals. Immediately after obtaining a Master of Public Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Michelle served as Presidential Management Fellow for the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC, where her efforts focused on implementing the Tribal Resources Grant Program on behalf of Native American law enforcement agencies.

Michelle serves on the Board of Directors for the Freshwater Land Trust, an organization whose mission toward environmental sustainability is one of her personal passions.
